Abstract
80,000,000 Worth of Trash is an approximation of the cost of treatment over eight years for a person living with HIV in Colombia. In this case, the accumulated waste comes from the artist’s own use of antiretroviral medication: 163 boxes, 91 bottles, 226 blister packs, and over 5,000 pills ingested.
