Through landscape depictions and portraits of Indigenous leaders, MAHKU explores the spiritual guidance provided by these community figures. The artwork becomes a powerful representation of Indigenous identities, integrating their cosmologies and unique perspectives into the visual narrative, offering a profound insight into the symbiotic relationship between Indigenous communities and the natural world.
